What photos work best?

Use clear photos with a visible face and body, one subject per photo. People, pets and characters can be used when you hold the necessary rights. Images must be JPG, PNG or WebP, no larger than 10 MB, with each dimension 301–5,999 pixels and an aspect ratio between 0.4 and 2.5.

Will the dance match the reference exactly?

No. The model uses both photos and a licensed motion-reference video as creative guidance. Subject identity, choreography, camera behavior and scene matching can vary. It is not deterministic motion capture.

When are credits restored?

A provider-confirmed generation failure restores the charged credits once. A delayed status, an unknown submission or a download-copy problem is not proof of generation failure and does not trigger a second paid generation.

Are my photos public?

No. Uploads are stored privately. The provider receives short-lived, task-scoped access while processing. Draft uploads expire after 24 hours. Accepted jobs keep private input copies through their retention period, and deleting a settled video removes those copies too.

Why might generation be unavailable?

The owner must configure the generation and moderation providers, private storage, budget and a rights-authorized duet motion reference. Demo media is never silently used as a production template. No credits are charged while the service is unavailable.
